As part of our commitment to creating a safer and healthier workplace, we extended Safety Month beyond physical safety to include mental wellbeing.
We held two sessions of the Mental Wellness – Peer Support Leaders course, specially designed to equip selected employees with the knowledge and tools to become Peer Support Leaders.
Conducted by HealthServe Ltd., the training provided participants with:

✔️ Techniques in self-care and emotional regulation
✔️ Confidence to engage and listen empathetically
✔️ Tools to build a culture of peer support in their teams and communities
These Peer Support Leaders will serve as a vital part of our workplace support network — someone who colleagues can turn to for a listening ear or guidance in times of need. By empowering our people, we aim to create a more compassionate, resilient, and mentally healthy workplace for all.
