STRENGTHENING PARTNERSHIP: NEW COLLECTIVE AGREEMENT SIGNED WITH AMEU

NMB Singapore Limited and the Advanced Manufacturing Employees’ Union (AMEU) have officially signed a new Collective Agreement on 27 June 2025 at PARKROYAL COLLECTION Marina Bay.

This marks another milestone in our continued commitment to maintaining a collaborative and harmonious labour-management relationship.

The new Collective Agreement outlines improvements to employee benefits, working conditions and employment terms, reaffirming our shared dedication to the well-being and professional growth of our workforce.

The ceremony was attended by representatives from both the management and the union, reflecting mutual respect, transparency and the spirit of cooperation that has long characterised our partnership.
