We are proud to share that Mr. Devon Khoo, our esteemed colleague, has been conferred the Model Worker Award at the NTUC May Day Awards 2025. 

This prestigious award recognises individuals who have made exceptional contributions towards the labour movement’s mission to uplift the wages, welfare and work prospects of our workers. Mr. Khoo’s tireless dedication, leadership and consistent efforts in championing employee well-being and workplace improvements have made a tangible difference in our organisation and across the industry.

Mr. Khoo has been a vocal advocate for progressive workplace practices, supporting initiatives that promote skills upgrading, fair treatment and safe working environments. His close collaboration with union leaders and management has fostered a strong culture of mutual respect and constructive dialogue.
