Job Description

Job Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain strong relationships with existing customers and stakeholders.
  • Ensure smooth execution of supply chain activities supporting an annual business volume of approximately US$500 million.
  • Coordinate cross-functional projects and ensure timely completion of deliverables.
  • Monitor fluctuations in demand, inventory levels, and potential quality issues to minimize supply disruptions.
  • Conduct data-driven analysis, simulations, and exposure assessments for delivery schedules and inventory planning.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve operational efficiency and support customer requirements.
  • Prepare reports and presentations using Excel and other analytical tools.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or related disciplines.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Planning, Supply Chain, Operations, or Project Management.
  • Strong project coordination and stakeholder management skills.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, data analysis, and simulation modeling).
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in manufacturing, semiconductor, electronics, or high-volume supply chain environments will be an advantage.
