Job Description
Job Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain strong relationships with existing customers and stakeholders.
- Ensure smooth execution of supply chain activities supporting an annual business volume of approximately US$500 million.
- Coordinate cross-functional projects and ensure timely completion of deliverables.
- Monitor fluctuations in demand, inventory levels, and potential quality issues to minimize supply disruptions.
- Conduct data-driven analysis, simulations, and exposure assessments for delivery schedules and inventory planning.
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve operational efficiency and support customer requirements.
- Prepare reports and presentations using Excel and other analytical tools.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or related disciplines.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Planning, Supply Chain, Operations, or Project Management.
- Strong project coordination and stakeholder management skills.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, data analysis, and simulation modeling).
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in manufacturing, semiconductor, electronics, or high-volume supply chain environments will be an advantage.
