COMPANY RECOGNISED IN MINISTRY OF MANPOWER’S SINGAPORE OPPORTUNITY INDEX (SOI)

We are proud to announce that our company has been recognised as one of the Top 300 employers in the inaugural Singapore Opportunity Index (SOI), launched by the Ministry of Manpower (MOM), National Trades Union Congress (NTUC) and Singapore National Employers’ Federation (SNEF).

The Singapore Opportunity Index is Singapore’s first national, data-driven employer benchmark that assesses organisations on how they create opportunities for employees across key workforce outcomes such as career progression, pay, hiring practices, retention and gender parity.

The SOI was developed by MOM in partnership with the Singapore University of Social Sciences and the Burning Glass Institute, using objective and validated employment data collected from nearly 1,500 of Singapore’s largest organisations hiring close to one million residents.

Being named among the Top 300 employers — the top 20% of organisations evaluated — reflects the diversity of ways in which companies can deliver meaningful career opportunities. It also highlights that employment outcomes are shaped by deliberate organisational choices rather than external factors such as industry or size.
